Conjurers can create effigies, the magical resemblances of real things. Forming a creature out of raw magic takes much practice, so conjurers begin with mastering effigies and then attempt summoning real creatures.
Some of the mismatched "amalgamations" formed by novice conjurers attempting to learn their first spells might even be too much for a necromancer to look at. Conjurers are also called rainbow mages for the myriad of creatures and effects they can summon.
BEHOLDER'S SIGHT — Summons a Beholder effigy which acts as another "set of eyes" for the caster. The Beholder can move moderate distances before the spell ends. It is immune to attacks if it encounters enemies, as it is only an effigy, meaning it cannot attack either.
EXPEL MINION — Target minion is unsummoned by the caster.
GORGON'S GAZE — A gorgon momentarily appears and turns a target to stone, effectively stunning them. Only magic can reverse this effect.
OPEN WEFT — Creates a magical portal leading to a location of the caster's choice. However, it can only be a location that the caster has visited before in their lifetime.
POLYMORPH — Caster shapeshifts into the form of their choice.
RESHUFFLE — Refreshes all spells in the target's spelldeck.
SEAL WEFT — Closes the target portal.
SUMMON CREATURE — Summons a magical creature as a minion.
